Scope: The Santa Fe County Planning Division is requesting professional engineering services, to provide a high level study to determine the most appropriate alignment to complete the Rail Trail segment 7, to include all incidental labor and material. The intent of this RFP is to select a qualified engineer to not only provide the alignment study, but to continue with full engineering services (see attachment A) for the design and construction of segment 7 of the Santa Fe Rail Trail. Pre-Submittal Information:Project Notes: 08/23 Project on hold waiting for segment 6, which is still in design for the last 4 years.
